wolfpatch.gifTo earn the Wolf rank a Cub Scout must pass 12 achievements.

If the Cub Scout has not previously earned the Bobcat Rank Badge, it must be earned first.

Note that these activities are primarily done at home and signed off by the parent after the boy has completed each task. The book is then shown to the Den Leader who records the progress and also signs the boy's book.

After the cub scout has received the Wolf Badge, he can follow the Arrow Point Trail. To earn a Gold Arrow Point to wear beneath his Wolf badge, a scout must complete any 10 elective projects of the more than 100 choices shown in the Cub Scout Wolf Handbook. For every 10 additional electives he completes, the Wolf Cub Scout qualifies for a Silver Arrow Point to wear beneath the gold. He can earn as many Silver Arrow Points as he wants until he completes second grade.
